Every Account Dies.Only The Date Is Unknown.

Account age 00:00:00
Accounts die. Sometimes two hours after activation — before a single Lead, FTD or Sale.
The funnel ends at the lead. Nobody built it through to the deposit.
Every restart is paid twice. Once in budget, again in weeks.

01 — The language of this site

Traffic light showing green — the account status language used across this siteAccount status · Red / Yellow / Green

Red is what you already lost.

Yellow is what you are waiting on.

Green is what is delivering right now.

Every account, every day, sits on one of three lights. That is the only status system that matters — and it is what a dead account actually costs.

Time

70% → 20-30%

Share of the campaign cycle spent offline. Ours is the second number.

Nerves

Money

Paid twice

Once for the budget that stopped, again for the weeks spent rebuilding.

Most buyers know the account died.
They do not know where.

02 — Who calls us

Four Situations

01 / HIGH RISK

You sell what platforms restrict

Crypto, iGaming, Casino, Betting, Forex, Payday Lending, Insurance, Claims, Medical.

02 / LOCKED OUT

Your account is already down

Ad account disabled, Business Manager restricted, appeals rejected, delivery at zero.

03 / CAPACITY

Your team needs hands

Extra buyers, new creative angles, a new market opened. Reinforcement, not rescue.

04 / WHITE-LABEL

You are an agency reselling us

We run the media. Your client sees your brand on every report.

03 — Where marketing stops too early

Approved Is Not Paid

Most campaigns are built to one finish line: the ad cleared review and registrations arrived. That is where the money question starts, not where it ends. We build the funnel to the deposit (FTD), the funded account or the sale.

Where a sales team exists

B2B SaaS · Automotive · Services · EdTech

Marketing hands over a lead, sales closes it — and the two argue about lead quality for the rest of the quarter.

Where there is no sales team

iGaming · Casino · Betting · Crypto · Trading

Nobody is calling anyone. If marketing stops at the registration, the deposit never happens. Marketing is the sales team.

Where it is mixed

Fintech · Insurance · Claims · Lending

The application exists, but approval and funding sit between it and the revenue. Volume alone proves nothing.

Everyone talks about creatives.
Almost nobody talks about what happens after the click.

One chain, six links. The decision is made somewhere along it — and so is the ban.

04 — Analytics and attribution

Who Gets The Credit?

You are running paid social. Someone sees an ad, remembers the name, searches it two days later and converts through search. Your CRM records one channel. It does not record the four that got them there.

Channels you are running
Where the conversion landsGoogle Search

Search, organic or direct — it changes nothing about the argument.

0%Credit to the channels that created the demand
100%Credit to the channel that recorded the conversion

Last-click reporting hands everything to whoever closed the visit. The channels that built the demand look unprofitable — and get cut first.

Every mix is different. Some run Meta only, some LinkedIn only. The point is not these numbers — it is that one model hides the channels that did the work.

We tested it on a real account

Meta was paused for one month. Search results fell with it. Meta came back — search recovered.

One conversion is not one conversion

Without value segmentation the budget chases the cheaper customer — forever.

Customer A
$100
Customer B
$5,000

In a standard report both appear as one conversion each.

07 — Where it actually dies

Six Places It Breaks
Before The Account Does

In Restricted and Regulated verticals a single promise of earnings ends an account. The block is never where you look first. The platform keeps a record of all of it, and there is nothing to appeal against.

Close-up of a pen on black — one wrong word in the copy ends a restricted accountOne word is enough

08 — The system

Anaxeo System™

Everyone sells a system.
We almost avoided the word.

Here is what it is and where it came from. Everyone here has worked inside companies and agencies with their own corporate rules. Those rules exist for a reason — but when the people approving a decision do not work with the technical side, the good ideas are the first to die. Nobody is careless. By the time an idea has been explained upward, the window has closed and the specialist has stopped offering them.

That is a bottleneck.
Bottlenecks are time, nerves and money.

The system exists to remove them, and it was built over twelve years of buying media in the hardest verticals there are. It grew every time a senior specialist joined and brought what they had seen elsewhere. These are the same people who work on your account.

A team is a fist. Not five fingers working alone. Most of this industry says "I". We say "we" — an operating decision, not a poster on a wall. Every experienced mind on a project is worth listening to, and here it is listened to.

Buyers often ask why the client needs to know any of this. We take the other side: we will not bury you in the chain, but you will never be guessing what is happening inside your own account.

Forecasts look beautiful on paper. Markets do not stand still — restrictions grow, bots evolve, everyone gets smarter. So we evolve, or we lose the account and the client with it.

Reputation takes years to build
and one second to lose.

A pit stop takes two seconds because nothing is decided while the car is stopped. Everything was rehearsed long before the car arrived. That is the whole idea.

STOP 01

Pre-launch audit

Offer, copy, creative, pre-lander, domain and billing checked before anything is built.

STOP 02

Account architecture

Structured so losing one never exposes the rest. Backups warmed early.

STOP 03

Creative on rotation

Static, video and UGC produced ahead of demand, not after a rejection.

STOP 04

Routes, pages, domains

Pre-landers, landers, websites and PWA prepared and tested in parallel.

STOP 05

Tracking to the money

Events configured through to the deposit or the sale. Never to the registration.

STOP 06

Switch, scale, report

Traffic moves in hours. Daily reporting you open yourself.

We cannot publish everything here. You understand why.

We are all here to do business. We build for long-term partnerships, not for one quarter.

What leaves your desk

Even when the KPI is met, the question stays the same — can we do better?

09 — White niches

"You Only Do High-Risk,
Right?"

No. Around one in five campaigns we run is a White niche. No vertical is off the table — these are simply the ones we have documented delivery in.

E-commerce
80% Restricted + Regulated20% White niches
THE USUAL OBJECTION

"Would a specialist who only does E-commerce be better?"

Maybe. Inside their own vertical, quite possibly. Same pressure, same budgets, same markets, same talent. We are not claiming better people.

But mostly we think not. Ask that specialist to move to Forex, Crypto, iGaming or B2B lead generation next Monday. The rules of the game are different, and the technical side is where it shows first.

In a White niche a wrong word costs a lower click-through rate and a rewrite. In a Restricted one it costs the account, the profile attached to it and every day of data behind them.

WHY IT MATTERS TO YOU

Nobody learns from a win

Everyone here has worked across different companies, agencies and countries and has seen both results and failures — and understood what caused the failures. That is where the variations come from. Not more talent. More attempts.

Which is why White niches are the easy direction for us, and not the other way round. Every senior here started in White or Regulated niches — E-commerce, Automotive, B2B SaaS, EdTech, Services, Home Improvement, Dentistry — before moving into verticals where the rules change every quarter.

Regulated needs a licence — and still gets disabled. Even a B2B SaaS selling contracts can lose an account on the wording of one line.
